I love to learn, meet people, and understand different viewpoints so that I can craft compelling newspaper and magazine articles, press releases, emails, social media posts, newsletters, and SEO-friendly online content.
In the process of doing research, I’ve had the privilege of being invited into the offices, art studios, kitchens, classrooms, homes, farms, and examination rooms of people doing amazing things and I’ve had many memorable experiences: I’ve volunteered helping to feed people around the world, landed a falconer’s hawk in an orchard, and stood in a spot once occupied by Leonardo DaVinci. My boundless curiosity has led me down some intriguing paths. As a result, I feel I’ve honed my skills and gained an appreciation for the talents and contributions of others. |
Interestingly, the people who have inspired me the most are those I’ve never met—at least not in person.
Via phone and email, I’ve interviewed hundreds of Realtors across Canada who are helping homeless veterans, sending aid to Ukraine, rescuing injured wildlife, funding medical research and more. I write their heartwarming stories then share online and with media. Most recently, I’ve applied my Google Digital Marketing training to writing SEO-friendly content for entrepreneurs’ websites. In my free time, I like to swim, go to the gym with my husband, try new recipes, complete my daily Duolingo lessons, and stream a great series. |
